I am having buffering on 720 and 1080 HD movies.
I have tried to different servers. One a Mac with a SSD with 8GB Ram and the other a Dell 2940 32GB Ram, 6 Raid 5 15K Drives…
These both have 1GB NIC connections.
I am now at my whits end with this as I even payed the lifetime Plex Pass.
If Log Files are needed please state links how to retrieve these from MAC and Windows.

Yes, the logfiles will help immensely.
The first step in the process of elimination, which you can do yourself if you wish, is to see if / how the transcoder is being invoked and what is SPEED is. (you will see a rate if it was started). A rate of 2.0 is 2x real-time. If less than 1.0, it means the video can’t be converted fast enough.
If you can share the processor specs, that would be great.
