Plex Server cannot find Movies folder on NAS

I just started using this forum and not sure if my issue has been posted before, but Plex Server cannot see my Movies folder, I have adjusted permissions in the Shared Folder, User Folder, User Groups folder and a multitude of other places.

What am I doing wrong?

same here and just downloaded it cant find my movies
