OK thank you for the info. I have run up a new PMS as a physical server rather than through a virtual layer will give this a go. Interestingly although my watch history is backed up it only seems to have backed up to a point in time a while ago and everything past that point is not updated. can I manually force a backup of my watch history?
No , you can’t force a backup of your watch history.
You can however, if you’re comfortable with the command line,
- Copy the DB from the VM PMS to the regular file system
- Use DBRepair to import watch history into your native PMS
