For a few months now, plex has apparently fallen off on its own and it recovers on its own, let me explain. For example, it goes down but I have access to the physical server but not to the plex and after 3-4 minutes it recovers on its own and I have access again. It’s as if the communication is lost because when that happens it checks the service on the server and I see it up… Any idea?

All those NULL characters are telling us what the OS thought it should print (which spot in memory) isn’t valid -OR- the HDD/SSD is failing or corrupted.
I would check the HDD/SSD first then start working on the server CPU & Memory (check for thermal overload – dust in the machine)

Well, after reviewing the entire server and doing different tests, it is concluded that there is no hardware failure. Could there be any other cause for this error?
The last time I saw this without it being a hardware failure was with ESXi and a bug in the VMNET3 network driver. The problem was because Tx Offload and Rx Offload were faulty in the driver on Ubuntu.
The solution / workaround there was to change the network adapter to e1000e .
Is this in a VM or is it native on the host?
It is native on the host, how can I change that option? Can it be done via software? I actually have ubuntu installed.
Make certain all the updates are applied and restarted after updates
If you’re using a plug-in network card, power off, reseat the card and then power on again.
After updates I always reboot and no, I don’t have a plug-in card. Any other solution?
Motherboard firmware (BIOS / UEFI)
Also check ethtool . ethtool shows you and allows you to set features on the card.
If the board has a ‘cheap’ chip on it and the Ubuntu driver has a flaw, try getting around it by changing those defaults.
There will be experimentation required.
It’s very clear, A string of null bytes is a hard kernel panic which should never occur. Such things are when the kernel faults while handling one of its one tasks (e.g. Page faults while paging application memory or a device driver points to memory not allocated to its process, and other memory access violations)
But it is that this did not happen before, surely it is not a problem of Plex and the management that it does? I’ve been talking to other people in the world and the same thing happens to them, the Plex goes away and comes back all the time.
On the premise there is a PMS problem, Can you install the previous version ?
If it’s a PMS fault then it’s best we find it right now.
After downgrading to the previous version, use it normally and see if it happens again.
I have downgraded several versions back, since this has been happening for 3-4 versions. I have put the 1.28.1.6092. I’ll keep reporting if this keeps happening. If it happens I will get other logs. Thank you

Do these correlate to anything?
The one at 4:45 is a planned restart, the one at 8 in the morning is surely a shutdown or restart of the Plex service? Because it would match the downgrade
The unexpected fall has been around 10:40-10:50
For the entire duration 10:40 - 10:50, there was continuous playback activity.
It is running so smoothly that I can see blocks of data being sent to one user every 10 seconds.
Are you possibly saturating your internet ?
I find it extremely unlikely you’re saturating the CPU
