Running PMS on a 2018 Mac Mini under macOS Catalina, data stored in a 2*6TB raid 0 external drive bay. Disk utility did not return any errors with my hard drives and I am able to access all my files thru Finder.
PMS crashes about 1-2 minutes after I start it up. This started a few hours ago and I didn’t do anything before then (didn’t alter PMS or Mac settings, didn’t add in new files or modify existing ones, etc. I don’t think I touched my Mac at all.). You only attached the latest log – which only covers the period after the server got restarted until you created those logs. Would you share the numbered Plex Media Server.1.log files (at least #1, if it’s a recurring issue preferably all from #1 to #5)?
This is happening to me too. Same server version (1.22.1.4228-6000) running on a Synology DSM220+. Upgraded the server yesterday, but had no problems streaming music throughout the evening, casting from the android app to a NAD amplifier with Chromecast built in.
This afternoon the server starts crashing as soon as I open the app on the same android device. I updated the app, but no luck. The server keeps shutting down as soon as I open the app on this android device. My other android device has no issues and the server keeps running just fine. So it only crashes when I open the app on this one device.

EDIT: After removing the app, clearing the app data, and reinstalling the app on the problem device, the issue is gone. Clearly the app had some corrupt data, possibly due to an older Plex server, that caused the server to shut down. Issue solved for me at least.
