Plex server disappeared

I’ve just installed the suggested update:

PlexMediaServer-1.32.6.7557-1cf77d501-x86_64_DSM6

Then my server immediately disappeared from app.plex.tv:

Plex is correctly working on my Synology.

What am I supposed to do (or where I can restore the previous update)?

PlexMediaServer-1.32.7.7571-13cdc68dc-x86_64_DSM6

No changes, still can’t reach my server.

My modem is a Fritz 7530, and I already activated automatic ports forwarding. It supports UPnP, so I really don’t know what else to do.

Update: it seems the software update automatically disabled the remote access (no idea why), so I was able to reach the server only via IP.

Now I reenabled the remote access, but I can’t see the green lock anymore near my server name. It says there’s an “indirect connection”:

How to fix it (and why, from time to time, I often incur int this problem)?

Edit: and still can’t access it from outside my network. :((

Why it’s so complicated to make Plex work properly? Everything perfectly worked before last update.
