@Josh_Rose
The current release of DBRepair supports Binhex (the new version of the image with the new start/stop mechanism)
I’m looking at binhex-plexpass now and see there are more differences which are preventing it from working.
In the intermim,
when you get into the container command line,
ps -ef | grep -i plex
Somewhere around PID 69, you’ll see process Plex Media Server
kill -15 <that pid number>
ps -ef | grep -i plex again to confirm proper shutdown of PMS
Now run DBRepair.sh
When done, exit and restart the container
sweet I got it to work. ran automatic, check and repair. hopefully that fixes my issue didnt seem to see any errors though
Hi mate I think it’s all fixed now haven’t had any issues. Thank you. Is there anyway I can make this into a script to shut Plex down if I ever have an issue like this again? I have script docker but I’m pretty bad at doing commands as it’s all new for me. Thanks.

@Josh_Rose
I’ve been talking to the author of the Binhex image.
DBRepair has to track any start/stop changes he makes.
He made such a change.
I’ll be updating DBRepair to support both old and new start / stop
Server went down again just now. Don’t know what’s going on. Plex hi still works but media disappears until Plex docker is restarted.

@Josh_Rose
So the server is still running but the media (volumes mounted into the container) are gone until the container is restarted ?
