I have just upgraded my Mac from OS 10.10.5 to OS 10.12.6. I’m slow change OS’s I’m of the “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” camp. I didn’t go to 10.13 because it doesn’t play nice with some mission critical applications. Plex server worked flawlessly with 10,10. Seems to be working for the most part with 10.12.6 except it does not auto scan the library when I add a movie. It will find if I do a manual scan. Is there a setting that I’m missing for this to happen. I’m on the verge of getting a TV tuner in for OTA recording so the auto scan would be useful to get back up and running.
