Automatic Scanning Not Working

Logs are available on request, but from what I can gather, is isn’t triggering a log entry. I have been running Plex on direct attached storage now for about a year. In the past 2-3 days, changes are no longer triggering an automatic scan of the library. This includes adding a file, deleting a file, etc. Once I scan a library manually, the changes take place. However; this forces a complete scan of my entire library just to add 1 episode. My naming sequence is correct to the requirements, and this has been working as intended for months without error. Suddenly it has stopped. I moved a file out of the library and then back in, this did not create a log event. The log was updated when I manually scanned.

I am on the latest stable MacOS, non beta. M2 server. I have checked-unchecked the applicable settings and reinstalled my server app. I have not deleted anything from my Library folder, as I don’t want to lose my meta-data.

Yes, I have restarted both the system and both of the DAS devices.

Specifics? I have two OWC thunder bay drives each with 4 drives in a RAID5 configuration. This was working as normal until about the other day.
