Plex server installed on Windows computer cant be found

I have installed Plex Server and Plex Media player on my computer and laptop which are both on the same network. The media app and the web GUI both identify my Laptop without any issues and my network can see that my computer has a Plex Media Server yet my computer can’t be found by either the Media Player or the Web GUI.
