Host computer cannot find Media Server

Server Version#: 1.19.5.3035

Hello,
I’ve installed the most recently Plex Media Server version and even my host computer cannot find the plex media server. What should I Do?
I’m using windows 10 and http://localhost:32400/web to acess the server.
I’m not running any kind of VPN as well and I’m using the same account for all my systems.

Silly questions first:
Have you verified the Plex Media Server is actually running (e.g. Plex icon showing in your system tray)?
