Plex Server is not starting anymore

Hi there,
since this morning my Plex Media Server on my Synology Diskstation DS916+. Up until about 11 hours ago, everything worked fine.

When I try to start Plex from the Package Center, it keeps loading for a while, until it gives me an Error message, that it can not be started. (Literally in German: “Der Paketdienst konnte nicht gestarted werden” = Failed to run package service.)

What should I try? I wanted to try to update Plex, so it may restart, but I don’t have the update file. The last Version I used to update is PlexMediaServer-1.13.2.5154-fd05be322-x86.

Is there any way to get the update file without being able to access the PMS? I tried to download the PMS file from the Download page, but it would install it new, and not update it.

I really don’t want to uninstall Plex and reinstall it, since I am very worried about my files. There are about 5000 Movies, with informations that were mostly filled in manually.

What can I do to get my Server back?
The Diskstation is working fine, and so did Plex up until this morning.
