After a while of using the Plex server, my computer suddenly lost communication and I tried to delete the server and all its data. I tried reinstalling the server, including deleting the registry. Now the server is not registered in my devices. After installing from scratch, it no longer has all the values it needs and it loads without the parser. I have a backup of the previous values, but that doesn’t help.

I would start with a fresh install from the plex website.

Newly installed servers need to be “claimed” by a plex.tv user account, before you can use them.

If you are in Portugal, or somewhere else where your ISP is trying to block/“manage” video streaming, you might need to set the “DNS server” setting of your router to either 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8
