Plex server not authorised for admin only

Hi all, So my Plex server which i’ve been running for 6 years now says I am not authorized and cannot access any content. The issue is that my account is the only one saying that. I use Plex Home and the 2 other managed profiles find the server with no issues. When i connect locally to Plex on the server it shows the server on my profile, but every other device Laptop, Shield, phone and Samsung TV all show the server inaccessible only to me.

I’ve rebooted the pc and Plex multiple times. I did the steps to regain access from the Plex support site including deleting the registry settings and signing in and out and yet it’s only me the owner and admin that can’t use Plex but the other users can. Please help because i am well and truly baffled and out of ideas.

I am having the same issue with access to Plex. The Plex media server is running on a QNAP NAS and I can always regain access with a reboot. I have read thru the various posts on said topic and have realized it can be caused by multiple reasons and the investigation starts with the logs. Can someone let me know which logs to post and how to collect them? Thanks.
