Plex Server "Not Authorized"; new Win11 computer

New Win11 computer. Lifetime Plex Pass member. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled about five times (and removed reg entries).

I receive the message, " Not authorized You do not have access to this server. You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, see our . . . .

I have my login and password creds.

It worked fine on my old computer, but no luck here. I’ve also tried everything here: Reddit - Dive into anything

Edit: I should mention that I can reinstall windows, or restore it, but nothing seems to work rn.
