Plex server on Debian 9 - I can connect from plex apps only when relay is enabled

Hello! On my old vps provider (kimsufi) I never had any issues, but after I changed provider (time4vps) I can connect with Plex apps only when the “Relay” option is enabled.
(opening [SERVER IP]:32400/web from Chrome works flawlessly)

I checked if the port 32400 is open on the server, and nmap says it is.

How can I troubleshoot this issue? Which other checks can I do?

tcptraceroute host_or_IP external port

e.g.

tcptraceroute my.vps.server.com 32400 (if 32400 is the external port)
