Plex Server on Nvidea Shield offline

Suddenly the Plex Player cannot see the Server on the Nvidea Shield…looking at the logs this seems to be the error I have found, not finding media providers…(I had to swap // to _ inorder to post)

It’s not running any migrations…

I have done a factory reset on the shield and reinstalled the server and player. It worked flawlessly for over a year and suddenly off…

I see there was an update on the player 23 Oct 2023 perhaps this update is buggy?

Anyone have any ideas?
