Plex Server on windows Intro feature using windows tmp dir not Plex tmp

The latest update to add intors seems to have overridden the Plex tmp location and is now using the windows tmp folder.
This caused my server to virtually lock up for 3 days.
I have plex settings data (not media) on an SSD all to itself.

Any ideas where i set the tmp location for intros ?
