I have plex setup on a Windows 10 computer, and generally seems to work without issue. But it appears that now and then, the internet is slow for all other machines on the same network, and the fix is to power off the media center for a few minutes.
It is worth noting that no-one is using the media center (as far as I am aware) at these slow times, so it is not likely to be 20 people streaming an HD video that is causing the issue.
My knowledge of local networks is limited, so would appreciate any pointers on why this might be happening, and how I could look at debugging and solving this issue.
