Plex media server taking down my network

I was just starting to use my plex server, It worked fine for the first month but a week ago I lost all internet access to my pc I isolated the issue to the plex media server whenever it’s running my network will go down. I have tried a fresh install and resetting the router but nothing helped.

additional info:
the issue is only on my specific home network I have connected to a hotspot network and it worked fine
=>, when the network goes down the only device affected, is the pc where my plex server is located

Is there enterprise-level network equipment involved?
(or at least equipment, which borrows some features of enterprise-level network hardware)

Is there a router or a network switch etc. which boasts advanced security features?

Just a regular home wifi and router provided by the ISP

If this is a Windows computer, I would run the network troubleshooter next time it fails
Start –> Settings –> Network & Internet –>Network Troubleshooter

When you’re having disconnection problems on just one device it can also be helpful to reset your network adaptor, just on that computer. It will update all your drivers and give you a fresh connection to the router Start –> Settings –> Network & Internet –>Network Reset

Make note of your network name and password before you do this. You’ll have to sign in again after a restart
