Thanks for the logs. Initial investigation was to look for crashes as you posted this originally in Server crashing after latest update to 1.15.0 - Logs included - #210 by Peabo
I can see scanner crashes which we can follow up - but you are now describing a differentl issue / symptom and i will look into that aspect
