Plex server talking a lot to an certain IP adress

Hi!

I’ve notice a high traffic on my Plex server lately, and after some investigation I found that Plex Media Server process have outgoing connection to an IP adress 85.226.74.84 (B2 Sweden). Does anyone else have the same problem and/or can tell me what it is for traffic? I have now tested to block outgoing so my network traffic can calm down, and I haven’t notice any different in Plex.
