There’s already two related feature suggestions – one is asking for a further increase of the relay bandwidth for Plex Pass members, the other is about an option to pay for higher bandwidths.
I suggest you comment/vote in one of those to avoid distracting votes/attention.

plex relay is an excellent service, but with CGNAT becoming more and more prevalent and video quality getting higher. It would be great if the “Plex pass” rate could be increased to say 5 Mbit rather than 2Mbit.
Would be a great improvement, and likely significantly increase the value of plex pass for many.
Everyday more and more people are getting stuck behind Carrier Grade NATs (CGNATs) and other impenetrable double NATs. These people have to rely on Plex relay to watch their home media outside their network. In which case they have to deal with a low quality 1 megabit stream if they are a regular user and even if they are a Plex Pass user they’ll only be able to go up to a measly 2 megabit stream.
