My ISP have Double nat and only can access outside my home to my server through Relay. I have plex pass lifetime but some videos play to 2mbps and other ones play to 455 kbps and look very awful. Can I force plex to play all my videos to the maximum quality (2mbps) over Relay? My upload speed is 15 mbps
