Server Version#: 1.15.6.1079-78232c603 (May 15, 2019)

My Plex server is showing as unavailable. As far as I can tell, nothing has changed since the last time I was using it. Friday night (June 7), everything was fine. Saturday afternoon (June 8), the server is unavailable.
I have done the following steps in an attempt to get it back:
• Reboot modem, router, MyCloud PR4100.
• From the MyCloudPR4100 admin panel Apps page, I have turned off the Plex Media Server app, then turned it back on.
• From the MyCloudPR4100 admin panel Apps page, I have updated to the latest Plex Pass version of the app (1.15.8.1198-eadbcbb45 June 6, 2019)
• From the MyCloudPR4100 admin panel Apps page, I have uninstalled the Plex Media Server app.
• From the MyCloudPR4100 admin panel Apps page, I have reinstalled the latest non-Plex Pass version of the Plex Media Server app. (1.15.6.1079-78232c603)
I am still able to mount and access the MyCloudPR4100 drives with both a Mac and a PC.
I am able to access and play the media on the MyCloudPR4100 using KODI and my NVIDIA SHILED TV.
I can access the MyCloud PR4100 admin panel with no problem (http://192.168.0.113/) but when I hit the Configure App Settings button for Plex Media Server on the MyCloud PR4100, the page will not load (http://192.168.0.113:32400/web)
Because of this, I am assuming the MyCloud PR4100 is fine but that something is wrong with the Plex server on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This server has been running with no issues since setting it up in December 2018.
Thank you.
I have updated the original post with logs.
Looking through them myself I see quite a few messages like the following in the last few days of logs:
