I received an email to update my plex media server, but i am not running it, this is done via a third party website. so how do i update the plex server?
I wonder who this 3rd party is.
If you are paying someone to run it for you, I think this is a violation of the Terms & Conditions of Plex.
In any case, if you are not actually running your server, then the person who does is your contact.
It’s simply a remote server that hosts my plex media server. I will contact their support to see how I can do the update thank you
