Plex Service won't start after upgrade to 1.23.0.4438-6000

Player Version#: N/A

I have been using PMS for many years on Synology DS214PLAY, which I appreciate is no longer supported by Plex. I upgraded to version 1.23.0.4438-6000 yesterday but Plex won’t start any more. Is there anything anyone can suggest? Ideally, if there is no solution, I would be happy to rollback to the last version and stick with that, if necessary, until I upgrade my Synology NAS.

We think we’ve found the regression which crept into this build of PMS.

If Engineering confirms they have then they will likely release a hotfix update.

Just installed version 1.23.0.4459-6000 and it’s all working once more. Thanks, once more, for your assistance.
