All of a sudden my plex will not working. It gets hung up when trying to load on safari. I have reviewed many of the forum postings and cannot understand most of them. I am a newbie to all of this. So i need someone to help me on a very basic level to get things up and running again. Thanks.

What is your your Plex running on? PC? Mac? Linux? Android? (Server Version # also helps a lot 
)
Have you tried with another browser? (IE: Firefox, Chrome) or even the IOS APP?
We just need more than āItās not working, make it work againā please.
Ok, thanks for your help. This is running on a Mac. I canāt seem to find the server # because if wonāt even access through Safari for my to find it. I tried opening on Google Chrome but got the same hangup.
This is as far as it gets in Safari.
This happened to me after the 2/19 update. Hopefully, there will be new update this week.

Try down grading as posted in
I was able to completely delete plex media server and download the updated version. It doesnāt seem to hang any longer. But now I cannot add my movies into my library. It just seems to spin and spin when i try and do so.
