Plex stops frequently when reproduce music

I’ve got a problem playing songs in my android device with Plex (from my qnap nas). The player stops frequently while is reproducing a songs list. Plex says something like “Item cannot be played” .Previously I had been using plexamp without problems.

Someone has the same situation? any idea about where’s the problem? Thanks
