I created a new topic beacuse the other one about crashing seems to have gone dark. I’m at an absolute loss as to why my plex is crashing/deadlocking/freezing/ending. I RDP into my server and the plex icon is in the tray but when I hover over it it disappears. There’s no crash logs, the folders are there but they are empty. Plex is unusable for me crashing every 8-16 hours.

Can someone reply? Paying for this service and I can’t use it.
When I had an issue with Plex crashing I had to install an app called restart on Crash. Worked really well. I hope someone replies that can actually help you fix your issue. But this worked in the meantime for me. Also if you use live TV tried deleting your DVR folder content that’s what was causing my Plex to crash.
I see you’re on version 1.22.1 - please update to the latest (1.22.2 currently). There were a few crash fixes in this release.
I updated ages ago. Problem still exists. Without any support this issue will never get fixed, I’ve cancelled plex pass and am moving to Emby as it’s been up for 9 days now without crashing. Plex doesn’t work anymore
Could you post the newest logs from your 1.22.2 install, the ones you posted previously were still from 1.22.1 which is why I asked you to upgrade.
