Bump.
Which NAS are you using?
Terramaster F2-210
PLEX stops suddenly or after the loss of 220 volts?
Before i had NAS from Dlink and PLEX starts by himself after NAS switching off/on. Now I have Qnap and noticed that Plex does not start automaticaly after NAS restarting. That is why I wrote autostart script and now everything works. May be you also need to write such kind of script?
It didn’t use to do this, that’s what’s odd. It was working fine. then one day stopped.
Did you try to reinstall PLEX?
Tried that also tried, resyncing, updating etc
I’m not an expert on logs, but I see a critical error in the file com.plexapp.system.log
I see that too, have no clue what’s causing it or how to fix it. The FOurms have not been helpful.
DId you try to ask about your problem on the forum of Terramaster NAS?
They told me it was a “Plex” issue and to contact them
I see your NAS with Linux. Did you configure your NAS as RAID?
No, i used a single Drive. Still learning this process of having a NAS
I would do the following in your case: take any new hdd or old one but working. Install it and start the procedure as if you just bought this NAS. After install PLEX and watch the PLEX behavior.
I’ll try that. Thanks
and do nothing with plex update, install only that version plex which is supposed to be working
