You can make an HTTP request for a list of all of the settings to Plex. (Hi, @dane22.)
At the time I was digging around to figure out why some files were failing - see the thread I linked previously. And I knew that -skip_frame nokey was a huge performance increase. So I was snooping in the binaries too.
And I was trying to figure out why the Video Preview Thumbnails were SO big.
