Plex task runs every 30 min?

I’m running a Plex Server off synology Nas (ds920+).
I’ve set HDD to hibernate if not active for 10 minutes.

But some task in Plex keeps waking it up every 30 min or so, making the hibernate close to irrelevant.

I can see in the Nas logs it wakes up every about every 30 min when i have Plex server running.
But only about 4 times a day if i stop the Plex server on the Nas.

So what are these tasks that keeps awaken the Nas and can i disable these (if not needed)?
I’ve looked over all the settings i can find (also in advanced view) and i found no settings that runs a task every 30 min or so?

Anyone else with a bit more useful tip(s)?
