Hi Plex team, I am a Plex Pass customer for a few years now and the addition of DVR looked great! I have one single use case: recording Formula 1 races on Ziggo Sports HD. in the Netherlands.
All my channels work fine, except for Ziggo Spoorts HD. Your EPG data for that channel is empty. The data is available though: https://www.ziggo.nl/entertainment/sport/ziggo-sport-tv-gids. Because you designed DVR to only work with EPG-supported channels (why???), Ziggo Sports HD disappears form my channel lists after the EPG update.
Many others have complained but you seem to ignore us. IT can be that difficult to fix! I feel cheated as I bought hardware for this but you are letting us down!
