Cant edit any movie or TV descriptions. All files generate this error when trying to edit
When adding new files to movies or TV shows they download the metadata and play without issue but you can’t make any changes as this error pops up
I was having that problem with one particular library. I had to recreate it and scan everything again to get rid of it
Is this happening in more than one library?
If it’s only one library create a new test library and just put a few of the videos in there giving you a problem and see if it works
You might want to upload your logs to make sure you don’t have any database corruption
Make sure to use the hosted web app.
Try with a web browser which doesn’t have any browser add-ins activated.
It’s on all files on all libraries. I ran this from the support forum
PRAGMA integrity_check;
It says ok.
Where do I find the logs?
Settings → Troubleshooting → Download logs
