Plex Transcoder Issues

Player Version#: multiple players
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I am having an issue with 2 mkv files:

  1. Playback error - Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error.
  2. Playback error - An unknown error occurred (4294967283) Error code: 4294967283

How do I trouble shoot this. . My google searches and AI searches are not giving me anything makes senses or refers to commands not in my unraid container or says to go to a location that is not right for which I fix and get command not found.

Here the logs tell me if you need anythign else or point me int he right direction for troubleshooting

I see the errors in your logs but your logs are missing a lot of information that would be helpful to know. Please do the following;

  1. Confirm server DEBUG logging is enabled, VERBOSE logging is disabled.
    SAVE if changes.
  2. Restart PMS
  3. Give it two minutes to start and stabilize
  4. Start a playback which shows the issue
  5. Let it play for 20 seconds
  6. Stop the playback
  7. Download the server logs
  8. Attach the logs so I may see them.

For the problematic files, do they play on something like VLC? Can you provide a sample file of the problematic files?
