I just sent a message again to the engineer and ‘nudge’ for some info.

@plex2934856 While I haven’t been able to repro this issue I believe I have tracked it down to an incompatibility between LTO and mstack-alignment. Would you mind giving this build a shot and seeing if it resolves things?
I am running on AMD64; the deb is for ARM64. Cannot install.
