Plex transcoding media on RU7100 "49"

Player Version#: 3.103.1 on tizen 5.0

So the plex of my smart-tv is trancoding everything, the video is in MP4 H264 4.1, in case only happens when the caption is activated (SRT) the tautulli shows that everything is in direct play but still trancodes,
Is someone having the same problem?

Então, o plex da minha smart-tv está trancodificando mesmo tudo em direct play, o video esta em MP4 H264 4.1, no caso somente ocore quando a legenda esta ativada (SRT) o tautulli mostra que esta tudo em direct play porem esta trancodificando,
Alguem está tendo o mesmo problema ?

Hi. Same problem happening here, or even worse. When i start playing a media file with the subtitles active, PMS starts a transcode process that doesn’t take up many resources, but after several minutes this process turns into a full transcode, stopping the playback and blocking up the Raspberry Pi which serves the media.

I was on PMS version 1.15.6.1079 and player version 3.103.1 on Tizen 4.0. Tried to update to PMS 1.16.1.1291 but shows the same problem.

I’ve got logs, if necessary.
