Plex.tv issues. I am able to get to plex.tv but when I go to https://www.plex.tv/media-server-downloads/#plex-media-server the page loads but the downloads do not. Does not matter if i am on my desktop, mobile device. Once I connect to VPN I am able to get to the downloads. Also, local server is not working unless on VPN. Routing issue? ISP Block?
