I give up! I have tried anything and everything to get Plex to connect to my NAS. UNRAID loads the docker successfully. I add the volume maps and when I try to connect in PLEX.tv, the NAS is not an authorized device.
This should NOT be this difficult. I will continue looking through all the documentations but really?
If this is a new setup, you can’t connect using Web from plex.tv. Use the local Web included with your PMS.

If I do that I still get ‘can’t be reached’.
I loaded Plex Media Server docker from plugin through UNRAID. The version I am using is linuxserver/plex. I assume this is the correct version!
32400 is listed in docker for plex media server.
What can I check next?
I’m not familiar with Linux so I can’t help further, but sounds like PMS might not even be running. Hopefully someone familiar with Unraid can help out.
