Plex - unable to claim server or download from website

So this is a new one for me, started yesterday night my Plex server decided to unclaimed itself. When trying to access the claim page I get error and I should try again later.
But things got more complicated, when trying to download ANYTHING from Plex website I get the same error. I tried downloading a server and several players (MacOS and Windows)
Still but, when I connect to a VPN to other country, I can download and get to the claim page (but still can’t claim the server as it’s in docker container in TrueNAS Scale), VPN in my own country doesn’t work either.

So

  1. Can’t claim the server
  2. Can’t access the claim page
  3. Can’t Download anything from Plex website
  4. VPN from my own country doesn’t work
  5. VPN from other counties works just fine.

Does anyone have any tips/tricks/hacks? Is it possible my country is blocked by Plex?

According to the logs, it didn’t unclaim itself.
You or someone with your Plex access credentials rummaged through https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/devices/all and removed several items from it, with your server among these. Doing so will indeed unclaim the server.

See if you have more luck when using Google’s public DNS service on 8.8.8.8

It was removed after the server was unclaimed. But all of that was due to DNS issues? this is some weird stuff, thank you for giving that advice, it worked!
