After updating on QTS 5.1.1 firmware,my plex suddenly unclaimed, and it wont claim again.
tried to reinstall,tried to claim it via curl-getting 500 error,trying to claim via UserCredential.sh getting - “ERROR: Could not get credentials from plex.tv (Error: 7)” please, anyone help me.

Are you hosting your Plex server in a data center?
Plex have recently taken the decision to ban at least 1 hosting provider.
The problem that it causes with the server disappearing from your account and then being unclaimable seem to match your symptoms.
ETA: just realised you’re running a qnap box, so it’s unlikely it’s remotely hosted. Are you redirecting your web traffic through a remotely hosted server / VPN?
i tried to use vpn as well, doesn’t help.

could you help me with that? i dont understand how to do this. all thing from main page works, such as channels etc. ,plus default download app also works
