Plex unable to transcode

Hello,
PMS version : 1.18.6.2368
Debian 10

PMS can’t transcode because the Codecs folder is empty.
I have try to delete the Codecs folder, PMS recreate it on startup with a subfolder but there is no files in the subfolder.
PMS has acces to internet. Direct play works fine.

Any idea ? :slight_smile:

Plex database on a mountpoint with no exec flag…
Just create a symlink for teh Codecs folder to a system folder (/opt/plexcodecs for me) with the right permissions and it’s fixed :slight_smile:

Supplemental:

Mounting the partition with the exec option is the standard solution as provided by the system processing of /etc/fstab.
