I’ve been using the official Plex docker images for a while now with no issues, and set everything up based on the instructions from the official docker image page. Whenever there are updates to the image, I download the fresh images, re-download the container, and run the commands to re-create the Plex docker (including a fresh new claim key).
I’m currently having an issue where I can reach my Plex server from my Pixel 2 Android phone using the Plex application, but am unable to reach my Plex server from the web application (https://app.plex.tv/desktop) outside of the network. I also share my Plex server with friends and family and they are also unable to reach my server, although I am currently listening on my Android phone with no issues, although ability to connect on my phone may vary from day to day.
Is there some configuration on the server I’m missing? I also recently noticed that port 32400 (TCP) wasn’t forwarded on my home router as it had been, so I did that and got Android partially working as mentioned. Perhaps it’s a router configuration I’m missing?
