I did the usual apt-get update today and was prompted to remove two plex components and download a new one. This is what I get.
pi@plexpi:~ $ sudo dpkg -i plexmediaserver_1.15.1.791_8bec0f76c_armhf.deb
dpkg: error: cannot access archive ‘plexmediaserver_1.15.1.791_8bec0f76c_armhf.deb’: No such file or directory
I am assuming the file name is wrong… how do I find the correct file name?
@thinshaw_gmail_com You have to download the package onto your Pi before you can install it with dpkg
At this moment, wget https://downloads.plex.tv/plex-media-server-new/1.15.1.791-8bec0f76c/debian/plexmediaserver_1.15.1.791-8bec0f76c_armhf.deb will do the trick.
