Plex using 99% of cpu usage when scrolling through library and home page where content is

Server Version#: 4.69.1

When i start accessing and scrolling through on my plex library on my phone it uses 99% of my cpu usage on unraid and also on the computer. Not sure why this is and also uses about 50%ish when its basically doing nothing in the background
