Plex using cpu and not quadro p200 for transcoding?

Hi guys

I have plex media server running on a i5 11600k windows 10 pro computer and a quadro p2000 gpu installed and I’m having 2 issues with it.

  1. when transcoding its using cpu rather than the gpu
  2. playback of videos is speeded up on mobile

what am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
