Plex using CPU (possibly for scheduled tasks) but not showing anything in web GUI

Getting odd slow drive reads of around 5.5MB/s when supposedly nothing is being done on the plex server.

Then noticed in TOP command I see that plex server is doing ‘something’.

But open plex web guy and nothing is shown. Normally i would expect maybe intro detection etc.

Also nothing in the console.

So whats going on?

Also why are the console logs empty?
