Plex has always done this, the last version for an actor thumb is always used. For instance, if I rescan breaking bad, this is Bob Odenkirk on all shows he appears:
But if I go to Better Call Saul it’s wrong, should be this one:
And on Fargo too..
TheTVDB has nice thumbs for each show, so it would be ideal if the thumb was not tied to the actor name but the actor name/show name tuple.

The new TV Agent which is in alpha testing at the moment will resolve this long standing issue.
Too bad I won’t be using the new TV Agent.
That’s your choice. I for one cannot wait for it to come to beta and mainline builds. Its bloody awesome.
I use nfo files and the nfo importer, do you think it’s an issue on the importer?
