Plex Web App - Movie Collections not showing

Player Version#: Plex Web 4.87.2
Synology DSM 6.2.4-25556 Update 6

When opening collections of my “Movie” category, on the Plex Web after the newest Plex udate for Synology, I see my library instead. On my “TV Shows”, “4k-TV Shows”, “4k Movies” sections the collections display just fine. But on my “Movies” collections it just shows the same screen as when I click Library.

I have restarted my computer, then restarted the Plex app on the server and then restarted the server itself and nothing fixed it.

In every other player it functions just fine. It seems to just be Plex Web.

Any help is greatly apprectiated.

Can you post screenshots to illustrate what you’re seeing?

Settings > Plex Web > Debug > Restore Defaults should do the trick.
This won’t touch any of your server settings but you’ll have to re-apply the customizations of the web app (e.g. pin your libraries etc.).
